Permanent Make up procedures cannot be performed on:

• Persons under 18
• Haemophiliacs
• Persons who are pregnant or nursing
• Persons with Hepatitis C
• Persons 5 weeks pre or post Radiotherapy/Chemotherapy treatment unless medical consent is given
• Epileptics who have experienced a seizure in the last 2 years
• Persons taking Warfarin, unless medical consent is given
• Persons using Antasuse and Roaccutane within 6 months of the treatment date
• Herpes of the eye (ocular herpes) – Eyeliner treatment only

PATIENTS WILL NOT BE TREATED IF:

• They have active cold sores or fever blisters or skin disorders in the area to be treated
• They are under the influence of alcohol or drugs
